Returns & Refunds

At Haven Scent, each product is crafted in small batches with care and intention. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once approved, we will offer:

• A replacement product, or
• A full refund

Products purchased on promotion or sale

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production or dispatch.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
